Abstract: The plantation sub-sector company is considered to be able to produce basic needs which is the right choice to invest, because investing in the plantation sub-sector is considered to have good prospects, is not affected by economic changes and continues to grow every year. Internal circumstances are very important aspects such as company value as a determinant of the success rate of a company which is very useful for investors, so that investors have a view on the company's prospects in the future. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of CR, DAR, ROA, TATO, and Firm Size on CSR, as well as their implications for the PBV of the plantation sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 - 2020. The population in this study is the plantation sub-sector companies which amount to 16 companies. While the sample used is purposive sampling, so the companies used in this study amounted to 6 companies. The method used in this study is panel data regression with the Eviews 10 application tool. The results in this study found that Firm Size had a positive and significant effect on CSR, while CR, DAR, ROA and TATO were found to have a negative and insignificant effect on CSR, as well as with CSR found to have a negative and insignificant effect on PBV.

Abstract: The number of e-marketplaces in Indonesia continues to grow every year, along with an increase in internet users. The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in a surge in online purchases, this is due to restrictions on activities outside the home to reduce the number of people affected by the COVID-19 virus. The increase in the number of shopping activities carried out online has given rise to various digital wallets or e-wallets with various facilities offered. It is important for companies to be able to compete by providing various offers through convenience and attractive features, as well as security guarantees for consumers to take advantage of e-wallet in their digital transactions. This study discussed consumer perceptions in deciding to use e-wallet in making digital transaction payments. The population used in this study are those who have use e-wallet in their digital transactions. The data was obtained through a questionnaire, then the classical assumption test was carried out to determine the feasibility of the statements used in the questionnaire, then the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that ease of use, service features, security, promotions, and trust simultaneously affect the decision to use e-wallet, this result can be a consideration for companies that issue e-wallet to be able to reach more consumers by paying attention to the following factors that influence consumer decisions in choosing the use of e-wallet.

Abstract: The study aimed to determine the relationship between Task-oriented Leadership and Employee Performance at Buhoma Mukono Community Development Association (BMCDA). The study objectives were: to determine the relationship between task structure and employee performance; to investigate the influence of level of authority on employee performance at BMCDA; and, to examine the influence of leader-member relations on employee performance at BMCDA. The study employed a cross-sectional research design using both quantitative and qualitative approaches. The target population of the study was 120 respondents. Ninety-two (92) respondents were selected using simple random sampling, and 12 key informants (leaders/managers) were selected using purposive sampling. Subsequently, the researcher used questionnaires and interview methods to collect data from respondents. The study findings revealed a correlation coefficient of r = .682 which shows a significant relationship between task structure and employee performance. The study findings also revealed that there was a significant relationship between the level of authority and employee performance as indicated by a correlation coefficient of r = .490. The study findings revealed a weak correlation coefficient of r = .171 which implies a weak positive relationship between leader-member relations and employee performance. The conclusion of the study, therefore, was that task-oriented leadership has a more significant positive relationship with employee performance, in which situation leader’s behaviour which involves: inspiring a shared vision through timely communication, emphasizing development and recognizing accomplishments explain some of the determinants in whether employees will ensure timeliness, quality, the quantity of work and cost-effectiveness at BMCDA. The researchers recommend that a more significant and more positive focus should be put on leadership behaviour that involves giving constructive feedback about performance, providing resources to employees to help them accomplish tasks, and implementing procedures to improve work processes, to improve employee performance. Such changes should be properly and carefully implemented to guide, and motivate subordinates and ensure organizational effectiveness.
