Abstract: Innovation is a hot topic for industrial companies especially in a competitive environment. As there is a lack of innovation in combination with leadership style, the aim of the paper is to combine these factors as inputs for leaders of tomorrow for industrial companies. Nowadays leaders are looking for a new kind of leadership style, which drives the innovation in the company too. The theoretic perspective is being considered with the basic leadership styles as well as with input of some international successful leaders of innovative companies. The trends of a practical orientation of a specific industrial sector provide with their findings and tips for successful innovative leadership. The leaders of tomorrow will find some solution approaches for their leadership styles in innovative companies so that they can enhance the innovation power in their industrial companies.
