Abstract: The current study aims to investigate the relationships among social support, thriving at work, and change-oriented organizational citizenship behavior in the Taiwan’s hotel workplace context. 276 valid data collected from employees in Taiwan’s hotel were used to proof the research hypotheses through structural equation model. Empirical results demonstrated that the proposed model fits well. Findings also showed that social support was positive related to employees’ thriving at work and change-oriented organizational citizenship behavior; employees’ thriving at work was positively related to employees’ change-oriented organizational citizenship behavior. This study highlighted that employees’ thriving at work mediated the relationship between social support and change-oriented organizational citizenship behavior. Theoretical and practice implications, limitations, and suggestions for future were offered.

Abstract: While scientific theories such as genetic engineering and gene editing technology have an impact on the biological field, researchers have gradually been applied the theory of biological genetics to specific fields such as computers, knowledge innovation, and design innovation. Many researchers have shown that innovators have specific characteristics that differ from those of the general population and reported on these factors extensively. However, few studies have been reported to consider these innovator-specific factors as innovative genes and to evaluate innovators. In this study, these characteristics specific to the innovator were considered as the human social genes equivalent to human biological genes and the relevance between them was examined. As results, the biological genetic theory was integrated with the innovative theory and a theoretical model of innovative genetics was proposed based on the concepts of innovative genes and innovative chromosomes. Their roles were also pointed out in the innovative process, along with a model of innovation genes, innovative chromosomes, and innovative education that promote innovators' innovation.

Abstract: The “financing difficulty” and “high expense of financing” in rural areas are the main reasons that restrict the development of rural households’ entrepreneurship, and the supply-side reform provides an opportunity to improve the rural financial environment. In this paper single variable Probit model is used, Heckman probit model and 1376 Jiangsu micro survey data to analyze the reason of farmers’ entrepreneurship. The result shows that the capital constraints exist widely in the entrepreneurship. Different kinds of capital constraints also have different effect on the field choice of farmers’ entrepreneurship. Farmers with higher property income and the more formal credit invest more probably in the non-agricultural industry, while farmers with higher formal credit frequency and the identity of creditable household will with high probability engage in the agricultural sector. In addition, the factors such as household’s age, political capital, area of cultivated land, and target recognition ability also have a significant impact on the field choice of entrepreneurship. The conclusions can provide implications for the supply-side structural reform of rural financial institutions and the policy-making of supporting entrepreneurship.

Abstract: On the mode of integration of the relevant literature and interviews in the enterprise, Internet background from the practice of value creation from the perspective of the construction of driving factors identification framework of business model innovation, using exploratory factor analysis to extract the common factor of Internet business model innovation factors. After factor analysis, the common factor is named. Conclusion: from the practice of value creation of 4 common factors were extracted from the perspective of industry chain integration driven subject, degree, Value flow degree and outside the enterprise resource integration mode and profit mode. Enterprises should strengthen the complementarity and stability of cooperative networks and expand the channel resources of partners from the angle of industry chain and driving agent. Strengthen the knowledge absorption ability of the staff and the innovation ability of the product orientation of the enterprise, and control the replicability of the enterprise value-added service on the basis of ensuring the data security of the enterprise. Enterprises should pay attention to marginal users, strengthen the win-win of enterprise cooperation network and innovation of revenue channels. From the perspective of internal resource integration and external resource integration, enterprises should strengthen communication with users and suppliers, improve customer satisfaction, and explore the depth of value.
